Shipping costs

Finland: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

EU: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Rest of the world: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs for discounted-priced items: 12€ in Finland, 20€ in the EU, and 30€ outside the EU. Will be shipped via DHL carbon-neutral express shipping.

Please note, that if you are ordering or returning outside the EU, there may be possible custom duties or duties, depending on the destination country.

Returns & exchange

If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them.

The returned products must be returned complete and unused, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging. Before sending any returns, contact us by email at info@example.com.

Returns and exchanges for all items are for free and will be shipped via DHL express, or can be brought directly to Impreza store in Example Adress. When returning via DHL, we will send you the shipping label by email upon request, please contact example@example.com, and let us know which items you would like to return or exchange. For exchange, as soon as we have received the returning product, we will ship the requested products.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
